Lady Gray?

hi all you skinny moos...sorry to prob repeating a question you get a lot but I have looked high up and low down on the forum and can't find the answer... I've just bought lady gray (twinings) and it's quite fruity to me.. am I allowed to drink this? I know earl is ok....

Strictly speaking, no it is not suitable as it has lemon and orange peel. IMHO it is fine to have it as the amount of citrus in the tea is minimal. LT advises leaf teas only, berry or fruit teas are not ok.
In my time on TFR I had fruit or berry teas as well and it did not affect my losses. I d only have two to three cups a day anyway.
