Just mix your lean lamb mince with whatever spices/flavours you like and a bit of egg and/or breadcrumbs if it needs binding It doesnt really need a recipe (or you could just google one and omit anything full of syns like oil, cheese et).
Usually chop a bit of onion and garlic, add a few spices (up to you what you fancy - cumin, coriander, cinnamon, chilli, mint, a ready-made spice mix, or whatever you like) make it into a burger shape and bung it in the oven, bob's yer uncle
