Lasagne

Hey

I want lasagne from the canteen today the book says 12 for a restaurant portion... Can I minus syns if I have cheese as hexa?

Its not restaurant size, I was going to say 10, but all I'd be synning is sauce and perhaps some oil?

You'd be surprised at how small a restaurant portion is, so don't underestimate the syns. You can use the cheese as a HEA though.

I'd imagine the mince won't be extra lean either so you need to syn that too. I'd count the full 12 to be sure.

If you really, really want lasagne then have it but I wouldn't put it at any less than 12 syns.
