Lasagne

Hi all,

I want to make a syn free Lasagne and wondered if anyone uses Quark in place of the white sauce? Does it work?

Hiya

I don't use quark myself, but I do use 0% natural yogurt as a substitute. Yogurt, sprinkle of nutmeg and an egg. Mix it up and it's a lovely substitute. My Husband prefers it to the normal white lasagna sauce.
