hi everyone
my name is lynsey and i joined slimming world last week. i have been fighting with my weight for years and now i am 30 so i feel this is my last chance to have a healthy life.
i have always trie to do things on my own but this time i am doing it with some friends
i hope that any of my life experiences can help someone.

I'm also on slimming world after doing it 2 years ago and losing 2 st (which I managed to put back on and some!)
But I am determined to stick with it and keep it off this time - with my big 40 coming up I need to do something
