I am on the last Attack day and have lost 6lbs
I am really chuffed, didn't think it would be possible after eating lots of chicken and fillet steak!
I am so looking forward to some of the veggies tomorrow, am I right in thinking I need to stick to 1/3 veg and 2/3 protein, because this wasn't the impression I got from the book?
