So I have been asked if I have a diet diary on here, and I do keep one, but in a Word Doc. so I've decided I will just copy and paste it here! If you're reading this, then please don't judge me I do eat a lot of my syns, and have takeaway quite often, but I do stick to plan most of the time Feel free to ask for recipes etc.
Day 1
Weight: 13st 9lbs
Breakfast: 3 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs and 4 mushrooms with half tbsp tomato sauce (1 syn).
Lunch: Ham and cucumber sandwich on wholemeal (HexB) with margarine (2 syns), reduced fat red pepper humus with cucumber sticks (5 syns) and a banana.
