Lean Corned Beef

I saw somewhere else on forum that the 200g tin of Princes lean corned beef is 4.5 syns, does anyone know if this is definitely correct as seems too good to be true!?

In 2012 food directory it lists princess lean canned corned beef as 2.0 syns per 100g so if tin is 200g guess its better than you thought
