That mars bar aint love..
Hello 2nd day of slimming world! I joined Wed Night... Heres my food diary, I just am not convinced i will lose weight lol im eating so many carbs!!
BRECCI!: 1 X Banana
LUNCH : Pasta (loads!) tin of baked beans mixed in and 3 babi bell lights (healthy extra A)
DINNER: chips the SW way. 2 fried eggs (also the SW way) and loads of tinned spaghetti.
Snacks: Ive had tea with sweetner also with skimmed milk (healthy option a) I also made up a box of cous cous with chopped up cucumber, tomato, red pepper and lettuce to snack on. Muller lite yogurt )vanilla with choclate sprinkle (not the cherry one ) 2 alpen lite bars (healthy b) and a pear and banana
I mean im happy with this! but i feel like im eating too much and wont lose :break_diet:
