That mars bar aint love..
Hello 2nd day of slimming world! I joined Wed Night... Heres my food diary, I just am not convinced i will lose weight lol im eating so many carbs!!

BRECCI!: 1 X Banana

LUNCH : Pasta (loads!) tin of baked beans mixed in and 3 babi bell lights (healthy extra A)

DINNER: chips the SW way. 2 fried eggs (also the SW way) and loads of tinned spaghetti.

Snacks: Ive had tea with sweetner also with skimmed milk (healthy option a) I also made up a box of cous cous with chopped up cucumber, tomato, red pepper and lettuce to snack on. Muller lite yogurt )vanilla with choclate sprinkle (not the cherry one :mad: ) 2 alpen lite bars (healthy b) and a pear and banana

I mean im happy with this! but i feel like im eating too much and wont lose :break_diet:

Please let me know what you think thanks guys!! xx
 
That looks good to me, the idea at slimming world is that you should fill up on your free foods and never should feel hungry.

BREAK: 2 Fried eggs (frylite) 2 Pieces of bread (HEXb)Spagetti

LUNCH ------ (woke up late so brekkie was more of a brunch ;)

DINNER: Stiryfry with prawns (HEXb) noodles, soy sauce. muller lite and banana chopped (whilst boyfriend scranned a whole pot of Ben and jerrys.

SNACKS: Banana, activia yoghurt fat free, alpen lite bar (3 syns) a couple of bite of ben and jerrys ice cream :S (20 million syns hahaha)

Are you following green days.? If you had gone with Extra easy you could have had your 2 slices of toast with breakfast as your HEB and then not have to worry about measuring your prawns with dinner..... just a thought....Are you synning your Activia yogurts.? They are averaging about 3.5 syns each....according to my food diary.
Would you believe I have never tasted Ben and Jerrys, OR haagan daaz either... I must be the only person in the world.... lol
 
Maybe Im wrong about the Activia yoghurts, it does seem an awful lot of syns doesnt it.? maybe someone with a lot more knowledge can come in and confirm that.
 
Hello!! oh nooo lol i thought the activia yogs were free is they are fat free?!? ah well ive only had the one!! yeh that was a bit annoying with the prawns! :( A lot of peeps have said tht they put on with EE :S do you follow it? i may have a look at some other food diarys with EE.

OMG you've never had Ben n Jerrys!!!!!! actually thats probs a good thing i wish i had never tried it :( i LOVE it!!! its the best mmmmmmmmm! i saw it was 16 syns for 100g's of it!!! xx

Lunch: fat free super noodles (i will love them forever)

Dinner: Noodles fried (with frylight) red pepper, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce

Snacks: Muller light, banana, tea (milk HEA) 3 mini baby bells (HEA) 2 alpen bars (HEB) 2 scotch eggs (homemade wit smash and cous cous)

SYNS: 4 ketchup!!!
 
MONDAY (forgot to say all my days are green!!)

BREKKIE: Banana

LUNCH: 2 pieces of bread (HEB) egg and mayo (1 level tbspn 2.5 syns) super noodles low fat

DINNER: Jacket potato beans and cheese (one baby bell melted) (HEA) Muller light.

SNACKS: 2 baby bell lights, 2 alpen light bars (HEB), spagetti hoops (if i get picky at night :S ) muller light layered yogurt (2 syns)

DRINKS: tea/ coffee (with milk allowence HEA) diet sprite, water

EXERCISE: 2 mile run.
 
Morning!!! God actually nearly has a weak moment y.day...its the burger king advert...those chips ahhhh...neway enough food porn! time for the nitty gritty..here we go...

BREKKIE: Muler light yog and chpped up banana.

LUNCH: Egg mayo sandwich (2.5 syns for mayo) bread HEXb

DINNER: Jacket Potato with baked beans and lee n perins mmmm

SNACKS: x3 Baby bell light (hexa) tea/ coffee with milk (skimmed HEXa) x2 Alpen Bars fat free super noodles. diet sprite.
