Leftover Chicken......... ideas????

Had a lovely roast chicken for tea tonight and have fair amount leftover which I would like to use for tea tomorrow night. Am fed up with curry, quiche, "pies".

Anyone got any new idea to use up leftover chicken - don't mind spicy or plain, just want something different to tempt the taste buds!

how about adding chicken to tomato type sauce, pasta and veggies. or chicken risotto

coronation chicken? jambalaya? risotto? chicken, chips and pickles?

not sure of syns but a can of campbells condensed white wine and chicken soup (i think that's it), bung your chicken in with loads of mushrooms and any other veg you fancy, cook in oven, serve with rice, delish - you might not even need the entire tin

Bit late now, but I'm using my leftover chicken from Monday to make fried rice tonight.

Stir fry garlic, ginger, chilli, 5 spice, any veggies you have, add leftover rice (mine's from last night's beef chilli!), beaten egg, chopped up chicken and a splodge of sweet chilli sauce (1.5syns per tbsp I think)
