legs aching

Hi has anyone suffered achey pains in the legs mine are quite uncomfortable, only other time they ever hurt like this is when I've been hung over

I used to get it a lot honey, especially early on in the diet x

They feel better after a good nights sleep, I always thought it the pain was because your alchol depletes your potassium levels with leads to muscular cramps
