Thank you for that. They've been my staple diet for the last week! I am just wondering, I constantly seem to be eating on this diet. It cant be right can it? I usually make a batch of soup with broccoli and potatoes and drink that when I am feeling hungry which seems to be every few hours! Is everyone else like this or is it just me? I've got 2 stone to move to get to target and its going to be a long journey.
