Lighter than light mayo

Have made pasta salad for lunch today and have used 2tbsp of lighter than light mayo. When I looked up the syn value on the app it said 0.5 per tbsp but in the book it is 1 per tbsp, does anyone know which is right? X

As far as Im aware its 0.5 syns per tbsp............I bloomin hope so, coz thats what I count lol!

You can work it out from the info on the jar as it'll be 1 syn per 20 calories. A level tbsp is 15g if it only gives info per 100g.

The Food Optimising book gives you average syn values so you are always best to check for your particular brand as some may be higher and others may be lower
