My goal is to write everything down, and im always working on a computer so may aswell do it online and find some support and ideas :)
Im gonna try to plan atleast one day ahead what I'm going to eat and hopefully it will go to plan :)

Day 1 Thursday 1/8/13

2 GRILLED eggs on toast hb

apple

pasta n loads of veg with passata - all free foods

sweet potato chips with chicken pizza = chicken flattened (lots of bashing fun) with onions,peppers,passata and cheese (6 syns)

meringue nest (3 syns)
shap yoghurt (0.5 syn)
fruit

options hot chocolate with milk ha (2 syns)

syns = 11.5

right here i go again....can't say i havent been trying lol

I've made cheese cake from the website, and chicken hot pot which i will cover with a smash crust , and gonna freeze left overs

Been having a really bad time mentally, feel in limbo land. my friends have all gone weird and dumped me since i got married and are now ignoring me, why? i wish i knew, because its really been getting me depressed. Finding it hard to move on because i have to see them every week plus they are my husbands family too.

my job is completely in the air

personally i feel fat, depressed and want to hide away all the time.

I just want to feel myself again, which i felt my best and most confident when i lost all my weight, i want to make new friends but have lost all my confidence so just a simple conversation i find so hard and exhausting.

I FEEL MESSED UP!

i need to be happy , healthy and just me again . physically and mentally :(

plan for tommorrow

breaky - oat so simple with jam (2 syns) and a coffee

lunch - sw ham baked quiche
- weight watchers ff yoghurt

snack - coffee with apple

dinner - chicken and veg hot pot

dessert - cheesecake (4 1/2 syns)
