My goal is to write everything down, and im always working on a computer so may aswell do it online and find some support and ideas
Im gonna try to plan atleast one day ahead what I'm going to eat and hopefully it will go to plan
Day 1 Thursday 1/8/13
2 GRILLED eggs on toast hb

pasta n loads of veg with passata - all free foods
sweet potato chips with chicken pizza = chicken flattened (lots of bashing fun) with onions,peppers,passata and cheese (6 syns)
