Sorry Linda, this is a bit vague. Would you like to specify what items you're specifically interested in?

The only items I can really help on without more info are:

Baked spud with beans & cheese will be free if you are on Green/EE and are using the cheese as your HEa - otherwise around 6 syns.

All the sandwiches will be 1 syn for every 20 cals - I think M&S provide the NV on the sides of the pack.

Thanks it was more or less what they sold in the cafe, had a ham salad sandwich with mustard dressing today , know I add 6 syns as a healthy extra B for the bread, salad will be free not that there was a lot, it was wafer thin ham and not a lot of dressing that I could taste, the only thing is I'm having a green day and was eating it befor I realized it was ham still never mind, I'm new to minimins, so just trying to find how it works thanks again.

Green day is not necessarily lost. .As you say, I'd use 6 syns for the bread (hopefully no spread), 1 syn for the mustard dressing and the ham could be one of your Heb (85g allowed).

That leaves another HEb + one or two HEa left. .Also, only a rough 7 syns used.
