Happy Wednesday to you all... I started the shakes last week and have been ok on them... Not followed 100% bit still dropped 8lbs on
Weigh in today...
I really want to do this properly and lose my jelly belly...
Any support will be great... Does drinking water really help loads??
Started LT TFR 19/07/12 13st 4lbs
Week 1: 12st 10lbs ... Lost 8lbs (cheated a little bit)
