Ok so I am on day 6 of 100% and intend to stick to it for a while yet. I have a holiday in June so will refeed and make careful choices while there etc. My I hope to move onto a healthy eating plan when I finish TFR such as slimming world although it allows unlimited rice, pasta, salad and meat a day plus a bit of bread.
Would I continue to loose (albeit a lot slower than LT) if I did this or would all the weight come back on due to the carbs allowed on this diet?
