Hi Michelle! I'm Klee I'm new to this as well so won't really be much help, haha! But I'm also on day 3 of my TFR on Liporim, today has been the hardest so far for me...How are you finding it? Also I made my choc shake in to a mousse tonight but it wasn't very nice!

Hi I am new and not sure what I am doing either. Started lipotrim 3 weeks ago lost 15lbs so far. The first week was the hardest had a few headaches but they have settld now.
