Slim for Summer
Hi

Well decided to start again. I started to go at it alone but joined back at group last week. My weighins are on a Thursday.
Hopefully this time i can stick to it.

I started last April and was 183lbs. I went down to 160. Then put 8lbs back on.

Currently 12 stone

I want to get down to about 10st 7lbs :)

Any advice will be great.

Well it was weigh in day today and lost ....... 1lb. Sooo happy after my weekend bing of McDonalds. My consulatant said the maccies prob came to 100 syns, so I left out the part that i had also had a subway too haha.
oooh and until tonight i though shape crumbles were FREE ahhhhhh


Thursday 22nd March
