Hello All! I am just starting out in Slimming world. Still yet to attend my first class which is next Tuesday however I am not going to use that as an excuse not to start my diet so thought I will start my food diary as of now as a way to try stick to it.. Any way enough rambling...
Breakfast.
Ski Mango Mousse and a banana
Lunch.
Singapore style chicken noodles reduced calorie micro meal. (from asda) Ski Mango Mousse.
Dinner.
2 spicy nacho bean burgers with some cheese.
Snacks.
Banana and a cup of green tea.
Also I have a daily sachet of Kilo Off with my first water of the day. (I drink lots of water)
I am aware some of this is not the healthiest options but I am trying to use stuff up before I do my first official diet/slimming world shop.
