Hi
I have a few questions about dukan - I have the book and I have read it today and it looks fantastic
I am due to go abroad for 2 weeks in 11 weeks time and I wouldn't be near my goal weight and I don't want to undo all the hard work - is there any advice for keeping weight low when you have broke the diet for a holiday? I plan on restarting the plan on returning home
Also in the book there is a lot of sauce recipes for when you start the protein and vegetable days - has anyone tried any that they would recommend?
Finally - alcohol - I am not planning on drinking but if you had a night out what would have that suits dukan the best? I know it's not allowed but this is a just in case I have a weak moment
