Hey everyone!
So I first joined slimming world in 2010 before I had my first baby, I lost 2.5 stone, then got pregnant! I went back on it after I had my son and lost my Baby weight, another 2 stone. Now I've just had my daughter I'm back on it hoping to loose 3 stone (my baby weight plus extra to get me to my ultimate goal) I'm going to a group in the evenings without the kids so I can have a little me time!
I am breast feeding my daughter, she's only 3 months, was wondering if anyone was in the same boat? Any tips for busy breastfeeding mum to stay on track?
Oh and also I've given up anything chocolate so can't do anything with options hot choc x
