Hi My Name's Lisa, just a normal lass from the North East desperately trying to gain control of my weight ( and not succeeding yet! )
This is my first day keeping a food diary and would appreciate your thoughts, advice and anything else you wanna add

Breakfast:
Porridge (b) milk (a)
Frozen berries
Lunch: Ham salad with reduced mayo (2)
Apple
Dinner:
Beef stir fry with 1/2 pack of blue dragon sauce (4)
Melon, strawbs, grapes & muller light. 1 mini meringue (1)
Treat: Fudge (5) hot choc (2)
Daily Syns 13/15
Weekly syns 13/105
