Hi My Name's Lisa, just a normal lass from the North East desperately trying to gain control of my weight ( and not succeeding yet! )

This is my first day keeping a food diary and would appreciate your thoughts, advice and anything else you wanna add :)

Thanks for stopping by....Here goes.....

First weigh in - 18st 4lbs :sigh:

Breakfast:
Porridge (b) milk (a)
Frozen berries

Lunch: Ham salad with reduced mayo (2)
Apple

Dinner:
Beef stir fry with 1/2 pack of blue dragon sauce (4)
Melon, strawbs, grapes & muller light. 1 mini meringue (1)

Treat: Fudge (5) hot choc (2)

Daily Syns 13/15 :)
Weekly syns 13/105
 
SorryI've been on nights so I've been a little tired to update.....

Breakfast:
Porridge (b) milk (a)

Lunch: Cheese pie – made with packet of mash and pasta n sauce. Alpen light (B)

Dinner:
Jacket potato with beans and salad.

Nightshift:
Rest of cheese pie. Other alpen light. Apple. Muller light

Treat:
French Fries (4) Curly Wurley (6)

Daily Syns 10/15
Weekly syns 23/105

Breakfast:
Mushroom and onion omelette 2 x wholemeal bread (heB)

Lunch:
Fruit salad with muller light 2 mini meringue (2)

Dinner:
Pork chop (timed off fat) covered with chicken mug shot. Cabbage, Spinach, Carrots, broc and cauli


Treat: Hot Choc – highlights (2) mini meringue (1)

Daily Syns 5/15
Weekly syns 28/105
 
Hi Lisa

I just wanted to say hi and subscribe to your thread. Ive just found the SW threads and i love them. Ive just started my own food diary after reading all the others , they are so helpful, especially with planning meals etc. I joined a SW class 4 weeks ago but have been struggling with EE then after viewing peoples food diaries im gonna try the green days and see if they fit me better. I like the thought of having 2 HE A&B's. Well heres to a positive week ahead for both of us.

Thanks for the reply April :) and well done on your weight loss so far.
I'm not in a club I'm just doing it on my own because I've joined that many bloomin times I could be a leader lol I have 5 packs of the newer books and a million recipes ....so I do know the diet inside and out I just love food and eat the wrong things.
If you're trying green days I find the mug shots a great help. You can eat them as a snack or use as a jacket potato topping or a Small piece of chicken (heb) and cover in mugshot. Last night we had pork chops...hubby wanted cheese sauce mmmmm - but i used a cheese mug shot and it was near enough the same!!
I will try and find ur food diary and we can spur each other on :)

Dinner:
Pepsi gammon with SW wedges mushrooms and salad with dressing (1)

Treats: 2 alpen light (b) French fries (4) curly wurly (6)

Just found your diary, looks good but wondered what plan do you follow? As you seem to be having 2 hea and 2 heb but also meat and carbs in your meals? If you're following EE you only have one of each?
 
Well I'm doing good then arnt I - not!!! My mate gave me the advice on the EE plan which is obv wrong lmao. I've only ever done red and green.
So as from this second I will knock one of each on the head and thank you for it up. Appreciate ur help :)
I'll add the syns on to the week - bugger! I think I should start again hahah even thou I have lost 6lbs and I don't officially get weighed till thurs :) can't be going too far wrong :)

Nah-don't beat yourself up about it-it's not your fault someone gave you the wrong info!! There are some fab sticky threads that explain the EE plan-but basically it's all the stuff that was free on green, all the stuff that was free on original and one third of your meal has to be superfree(which is your fresh and frozen fruit and your non starchy veg) one of each HE and 5-15 syns! If you can't fit your superfree into your meal then they recommend having something before like fruit, and reducing your portion in your meal-HTH x
