Hi everyone since January i have lost exactly 5 stone by my own low calorie diet consisting of one meal a day. I have one more stone to lose and realised that if i didn't do this slowly i would never learn how to maintain my weight. Two weeks ago i started Atkins and have stayed the same weight so far. I am really excited by this as my body would have been in starvation mode and looking to lay down fat stores. I have gone from one low fat meal to 3 meals a day containing fat and protein without gaining weight!! I am confident that slowly the last stone will come off and i will have found an eating plan for life. In reading the Atkins book i have lost my fear of fat and feel i can get on with living a normal life without starvation! yayyyyyyyy
