Smart Points Losing weight one point at a time.

So I started on the 2nd but struggled with the plan. However this week I seem to be getting the hang of it. I have 30 SP daily points and 35SP.

Today-
Breakfast
2 slices of weight watcher bread 3Sp
Laughing cow triangle light 1sp
Banana and grapes.

Snack- Small bag of mini chedders 5SP

Lunch
Chicken tikka on flatbread from Subway (I could have had a salad but I wanted bread) 8SP

Dinner was wedges and mushy peas. (was meant to be fish and chips but the basa I bought tasted weird and was uneaten.) 7SP
French fries crisp 2SP

WW lasange 8SP

which 34 SP

I also did 8597 steps
