When I started my diet I expected everywhere to go "in" but in actual fact when it comes to my waist I am finding it is going "down". Maybe I should explain more...all of my weight is around my middle and rather than getting smaller all over I have been getting smaller above my stomach, then the top of my stomach and now the middle of my stomach to form a "pouch" at the lowest part of my stomach as my wife affectionately calls it. I had a pouch to begin with and it is getting smaller but I guess I didn't expect the losses to happen that way.
i had a catchup with a school friend who is also a size 22 (where I started) and she was saying exactly the same thing.
I think this is the reason why I put on 2 inches around my waist this week. :-( has anyone found this???
