I do everything wrong. I weigh myself every morning. I know, I know its wrong, but I am now fully aware that my weight fluctuates. You will have put weight on after a binge, but you will quickly lose it again once you stick to plan. If you didn’t put weight on though, you would binge more often! The best thing you can do is get back to the diet and start losing again.
I am day 3 of my 3rd week on LLLite. I have had bad cravings every single day since I started. I have given in after both WI. I know I am sabotaging my weight loss, but I have spoken to my LLC about it and she has suggested I have my weekly “treat”. One treat in a controlled manner, then stick to the plan 100%. I need to learn to control myself when I get into the real world and stop the binging which I do end up doing whenever I diet! I know I won’t lose the weight as quickly as my last “treat” took me out of ketosis (whereas the week before I didn’t!). And I know some people will think I am just awful for doing it, but I don’t just see LL as a way of losing weight quickly. I want to learn about control and lose weight for life. Also, the amount of times I have done a diet and given up because I have binged out and ended up putting all the weight back on plus loads more.
The chocolate bars- the toffee and nut fudge are lovely, they are my daily treat. Hopefully (one day soon) I won’t feel the need to want things I cannot have!
