Hey there So, this is my first day trying the Slimming World diet (again). I don't really want to go to the groups or pay for online membership but have been a member quite a lot of times and remember the basic rules, so thought I could google syns etc, and just see how I go
I lost 2.5 stone last year on the Dukan, just went back on it for a month without cheating but only lost 2lbs so have decided to change tactics.
So. Green Day. Starting weight 13'5''
Breakfast: Strawberries, grapes, apple slices and a cherry muller light
Lunch: Pasta and tomato/basil sauce (home-made, no oil), mint muller light, cucumber slices
Snack: little bowl left over pasta/sauce, pomegranate
Dinner: Cottage Pie (lean mince = B choice), cauliflower and sweetcorn, gravy. Mint muller light
Syns: Gravy (2?) and a Jam Doughnut (11 - someone's birthday at work!) = 13 syns
A choice = milk in tea.
Exercise - 30 mins exercise bike (my legs are fizzy now)
