I am considering trying a Low Carb diet and wondered if anyone could recommend a book or a website that has low carb recipes in it please?
I am a fussy eater (except where it comes to junk of course :ashamed0005. I dont eat any kind of seafood and the only meat/poultry I eat is chicken maybe once a week, although I am going to try to eat more of it. I dont mind salad, veg and fruit although not a great lover of it. Sadly, my diet mostly consists of carbs; potatoes in all forms, bread, various crackers, small amounts of pasta, love cereals, cheese, some salad, veg and fruit and cakes, crisps, chocolate, pizza, chips also make very regular visits to my mouth ...so I imagine that going low cab is going to be a challenge.
I think getting in to ketosis would have to me my goal as then maybe I would not be so temted by all the junk I eat.
Any advice, recommendations or suggestions would be really appreciated.
