low day want to eat everything lol!

Having a bad day today just feel starving and want to eat everything. I lost Just over a stone in weight last week and felt fab but today i feel lost and low in energy i need something to help me boost my energy what do u recommend? x
 
oh dear , dont know but know how you feel
i just usually distract myself , find something to do , anything ,

I know you feel like you have no energy but could you manage a walk , fresh air is good for you and can reinvigorate you when you are feeling low

have you had a pack yet , i normally dont have anything til the afternoon but yesterday I was starving so had porridge , and still managed to stick to 4 items yesterday

you did so well last week bloody hell its amazing

we are all here to pick each other up , why not just write down on here now , lots of things you are feeling , why you are losing the weight , what you hope for your future when you have lost it

lastly make sure you are drinking enough

How about a non-food related treat for yourself: pop into a salon and get your nails done? Or shop for a new lipstick....get the person by the counter to do your make-up?
 
Talk to a friend. Read a book. Go for a walk. Just find something to distract yourself with. The problem a lot of us have is that food has always been that comfort. Feel low? Put food in mouth. It's just about finding a new healthy thing to do instead now.
 
Go shopping! For anything non food related as a treat. Might be better to stay clear of clothes too as within a couple of weeks they'll be too big anyway, so stick to bags and jewellery etc., or have a manicure like Maka suggested or a new hair do. If it's evening then come on here, read, post and the time soon goes xx
