I personally dont have any... I just dont want to risk it.
I am using I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Light, happened to be what was in the fridge when I started all this, I just use a scraping of it and have been fine so far.
I have always used whatever light spread is on offer at the time, I weigh it and have no more than 10g of the stuff on my toast and can honestly say I have no problems ever.

Same with me i use flora light. Never had any problems with it. If i have toast for breakfast thats usally all i have so i dont use 15g of fat having toast spread or no spread
