Low syn fishcakes?

Anyone know of any - around the 2-3 syn mark per cake would be ideal?

have you tried making your own? i often do this and use tuna, mashed pot, spring onions and tom puree which i syn and only use 1 tbsp for 1 syn to make 4 fishcakes so then they are free.

Actually found some (Youngs) at Morrisons. 4.5 syns each based on 175kcals for 2.

That's another craving satisfied. Funny how I'm fancying foods I've never bothered with for years lately. Is this typical of SW?
