Low syn ready meals?

I, sorry I've tried search and it was random. Does anyone have a list of low syn, preferably available at Morrisons ready meals, frozen or chilled ? I'm trying to help my friend who's just lost her Dad, and has no appetite at best of times. And it's obvious at the minute if it's not available to ping in a microwave or fruit, it's not getting eaten
I just wondered if anyone had compiled a list before I have to get frustrated with my food directory, which I loathe I don't really eat ready meals so it's one part of the plan I'm not savvy with.
