Hmm I'm struggling to think of meals for dinner when at work.... We have a microwave and a toaster and we have shops nearby..... I always at the moment have wholemeal toast with philadelphia

I need some more ideas if anyone can think of any.....simple ideas preferable

Ive had a look through the recipes but cant find anything really......

Thanks in advance

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread as I go back to work in April (currently on maternity)

Some ideas -
*soup and a wholemeal roll
*fennel and radish salad with a tin of tuna
*wafer ham and salad wraps with quavers
*sachet of cous couse

All these are under 250 calories.

Thank you for these....i love soup but didnt think of that :) xxx

If you have a kettle, them pasta mug shots are nice. Also, can get a few healthy range ready meals for the microwave. You could even do a jacket potato in the microwave and have it with beans or tuna or whatever you want on it :)

thank you.....keep the ideas coming as i can get bored easily and thats when i start to give up :(

I normally have soup followed by a low fat yogurt or philly breadstick dipper thingy. Sometimes I go for cous cous or pasta/rice salads. Not very imaginative but there loads of flavours of soups to go through so I'm not bored of them yet. Lol.

Soup.
Cous cous (done with veg stock) with chopped up peppers and tomatoes and either tuna or chicken work well.
Houmous and veg stick (pepper and carrot works well, cucumber too if you like it, I don't!)
Pasta

Those are my main lunches

How about the packets of Uncle Bens rice? They're very tasty and really filling I find. About 400cals a pack, but if thats a bit high you could always just have half and have something else to go with it?
