I just wondered what type of thing you eat for lunch on the propoints plan, I have lost 1st 3lb so far on weight watchers but seriously struggling through the day not to eat junk. I've been having a pack of Quavers and a cup a soup most days but it doesn't fill me up and it's more of a convenience food for quickness than anything else. I tend to use 5 points for brekkie (inc milk for the day) and I usually have about 13 or 14 points at dinner time so I don't have loads to play with through the day if I still want a cheeky WW bar of something sweet at night! My allowance is 28 points a day at the moment.
Any help would be appreciated! I have a 5 month old baby so it's kind of hard to cook much through the day x
