First week is nearly over and my first wi is tomorrow at 5.30 I just wondered what everyone has for lunch on wi day as I don't want to eat to much and weigh more .

This is my first wi and as I go straight from work I normally have a jacket pot but was thinking maybe a salad.
Did you not weigh last week? you said its nearly the end of your first week....
have a salad if you think it will fill you, but honestly a jacket won't make much different, I got into the habit of having fruit salad for breakfast and salad for lunch before WI but one day I was very hungry so had a jacket with my salad, thinking I'd maintain or gain and I still lost that week. Personally I suggest just eating what you want on WI day, if you start worrying about that now it could become very obsessive (speaking from experience here)
