K guys need some inspiration for lunch ideas, here's my criteria please help
I'm allowing myself 300 to 500 cals for lunch.
No bread
Easy to eat.
I'm a driving instructor, and tend to eat on the run, in a confined area and can't stink my car out!,
Would much appreciate some ideas ;)

Maybe take a flask and one of those pasta pot thingys? Or a chopped salad with tuna or egg, something along those lines? I'm rubbish at this sort of thing lol x

Couscous salad? You can buy flavoured stock cubes now to give it a kick (I use curry). Or put some minced ginger chilli garlic lemongrass etc in with the hot water. I make it the night before so it can cool then just stir some crunchy veg chicken or prawns and a handful of fresh herbs (I often use coriander) You can have quite a big salad for under 400 cals :)

Soups are favourite of mine in the winter and salads in the summer :)

Last weekend I made a broccoli and stilton soup which worked out as 130 cals per serving. You could take this in a flask and have a couple of ryvitas on the side :)

Another good one from SW is a quiche - I worked out the calories on MFP and it came to 135 cals per quarter of a big quiche - you could easily take this in the car with a side salad :eating:

I was going to say soup too, my favourite is the red pepper & tomato I make at around 60 calories per serving, I have it with crispbreads or ryvita & low fat cheese spread

fritatas are nice too, no pastry, just eggs, vegies mmmm

or you could make your own sushi, yum
