ham slices smeared with quark, a touch of mustard and rolled up

mince cooked with onion, spices and herbs (reheated at work with a blob of ff yoghurt added once warm) - I try to cook extra on a Monday night so that I have something left over to take to work.
There was a place selling roasted chicken pieces close to where I work, I had 2 pieces of chicken breast every lunch and fat free yogurt mixed with spices as a dip. fat free yogurt with sweetener as snack also. There is no limit in yogurt during attack, so enjoy
PP tomorrow - for lunch im taking some roast salmon and to snack on chicken. sf jelly and homemade yoghurt for pud. Might take a muffin just in case im a bit peckish.
