M and s chicken

Hiya guys I'm new to this but lost 7lb in my first week so more than motivated. Was just wondering if anyone knew the syn value of Louisana bbq chicken from m and s. It's 101 calories for 1/4 of the pack which calculated is 5 syns. However does the chicken element make it less? Thankyou muchly

there are a few different Cajun Chicken listed, if you let me know the exact name and pack size I will have a look
