M&S Chargrilled Calamari in Red Pepper & Chilli Dressing

Hi All,

Walking around M&S and discovered the calamari, my friend says they are delicious, so wondered if anyone knew the syns for these on a red day or even if they are free? For the whole pack they are 170 cals. Thanks.
