hmmm not sure on this one.. didn't come up on syns online so i used the calculated (selecting dried pasta as a free food) and it came up as this...

7 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy

7 Syns per package/portion on Green

18 Syns per package/portion on Original

no they were no snack pot things online hun, i used the calculator to work that one out! i just had one of the new batchelors pasta pots which was nice and they're free! come in a little blue pot and i had the tomato + herb one, just pour on boiling water and leave to stand for 4 mins. think the other varieties have to be synned - creamy cheese and chicken if i remember rightly. maybe you could try one of those?

What are the ingredients? It should be obvious from that what the culprit it. It's well worth getting into the habit of reading the small print before you eat.
