Popped into M&S earlier and couldn't resist some of this chicken that was on offer - any idea of the syns?

Chilled 'The Grill - Ginger, lime and coriander chicken' 420g pack.

3.7g fat

Also, 'The Grill - Peppered chicken' 420g chilled pack.

Is it this one. Oh, it's not is it just seen your pack size.

Are they the packs that are quite often in the Meal Deal. If so they're nice but no idea of syns as I can't find them on SW site!

Not sure - they were on 3 for £10 deal today - and having looked at the cals, fat and contents, I decided it wouldn't be too bad, so had it for tea anyway!!! And they were bloomin' lovely!!!

It was just plain chicken, with a marinade of chilli, ginger, coriander, lime juice and a little oil, so don't think it would be too bad on syns - going to allow 3 on EE!
