I’m sorry if this has been posted before but I can’t find it.
I’m wondering if anyone has the syn values for the M&S plant based range, or could perhaps link me to where I can find this?
in particular I’m looking for the value in the no chicken Kiev’s and the plant based chorizo puppies.

Oh my!
Thanks - that was an expensive mistake for me then. I’ll need to recalculate my Syns for the rest of the week and avoid like the plague in future.
