M&S tray bake

Hi does anybody know the syn value of the marks&spencer "terribly clever" tray bake for sausages, just saw it on an advert and it looks delicious but its in a jar so I'm guessing it will be high!! thanks

It'll be 1 syn per 20 calories as no free food.

The only place I can find any nutritional info is MFP. which says the soy, ginger & chilli one is 185kcal per 1/2 jar - I dont know if that's accurate, but if so it's 18.5 syns a jar.
