Hi guys! Well I've been with Slimming World since the 4th of April and am really enjoying it although had a bit of a slip last week with a week off and music festival where I ate exactly what I wanted! Trying to get back into the zone again so hoping doing the Food Diary on here will be a source of motivation! I'm just going to backtrack on my week a little to get it up to date.
Tuesday -
*250ml semi-skimmed milk (HOA)
*2 x Weetabix (HOB)
Denny Ham + Salad (lettuce, peppers, courgette, tomatoes)
1 tin of bakes beans + skinless grilled chicken
2 x Twister Ice Lolly (2 x 3.5syns)
Melba toast (small pack) (5syns)
Wednesday -
*250ml semi-skimmed milk (HOA)
Fat-free yoghurt + fresh fruit (blueberries/strawberries)
Fried potatoes (fry-lite) + green salad
Tin of beans + Denny ham slices
Blueberries
Bachelors tomato pasta
2 x wholemeal bread (HOB)
1 x delicious white bread slice (syn value unknown!)
Wedesday
*250ml semi-skimmed milk (HOA)
*2 x weetabix (HOB)
1 x Asda Fresh Chicken, Chorizo and Pasta (3 syns)
1 x Twister ice-lolly (3.5 syns)
1 x boiled egg
That's my week so far! I've also been walking 3 miles every day since Tuesday and drinking as much water as I can.
I put on 1.5lb last week due to my partying ways so really hoping to have the 1.5 off by weigh in on Monday!
