Cruisin' for a losin'!
Quick recap, got to my highest weight in July last year which was 17.8, went to Weightwatchers and by November I was down to 15.8, but then I stopped attending meetings because I was in the final year of my MA at uni and things got intense, managed to maintain the weightloss until Xmas but then it all went to pot and from Jan to October I managed to go back up to 17.2
Been doing Diet Chef now for 2 weeks and I'm already back to 16.7
I have two goals in sight, New Year with the in-laws in Ireland (they have never seen me at less than about 15 stones) and then a cruise with my partner's whole family in May/June 2012. I plan on being able to swim and enjoy myself like a normal person on this cruise so I would like to be at least at my 140lb/10 stones goal by then.
My final goal will be more like 9 which is in my right BMI but 10 would be a weight I haven't seen since I was about 19.
Today I feel positive but scared about the road ahead, I am not even worried about losing the weight as such but what the weight will have done to my body once it's gone. I am scared I'll be an empty sack
I have to get on the exercise wagon but I don't wanna! :sigh:
