Hi everyone, I was a Slimming World member in 2011 and got disheartened with the leader so left and went to the dark side (WW). Since then I have been yoyo dieting and when the weight kept creeping up and my skinny jeans were getting just toooo tight I thought enough is enough. So I'm doing the plan myself at home using the books but my food directory is 2011 so some things seem to have changed. If anyone does read and spot any mistakes, food I'm eating free which should be syns etc then please let me know. I am doing EE but may try green/red days sometimes once I'm more in the swing of it. I thought EE would be the easiest to follow, I started on Monday so will start my entries from then
