Mama Mia - here I go again! Luckystar* food diary to keep me on track

Hi everyone, I was a Slimming World member in 2011 and got disheartened with the leader so left and went to the dark side (WW). Since then I have been yoyo dieting and when the weight kept creeping up and my skinny jeans were getting just toooo tight I thought enough is enough. So I'm doing the plan myself at home using the books but my food directory is 2011 so some things seem to have changed. If anyone does read and spot any mistakes, food I'm eating free which should be syns etc then please let me know. I am doing EE but may try green/red days sometimes once I'm more in the swing of it. I thought EE would be the easiest to follow, I started on Monday so will start my entries from then
 
Monday 14th May

Breakfast
2 x eggs scrambled , chopped ham, 1% milk (1/2 HEA)
fresh pineapple

Lunch
couscous, diced yellow pepper, tuna (drained in brine)
satsuma
Alpen light bar - chocolate & orange (HEB)

Dinner
Gammon (carved from joint trimmed all visible fat)
Jacket potatoe with 20g Davidstow lighter mature cheese (1/2 HEA)
Heinz baked beans
Shape delight 0% raspberry yoghurt

snack
Cadbury's Dairy Milk little bar 5.5syns
 
Tuesday 15th May

Breakfast
Oat so simple original sachet (HEB)
1% milk (HEA)
granulated sweetner and cinammon

Lunch
Batchelors golden savoury rice
Mullerlight toffee yoghurt

Dinner
spaghetti
bolognaise sauce ( extra lean beef mince, tin chopped tomatoes, tomatoe puree, beef oxo cube, garlic powder, worcester sauce, italian herbs)
1 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese - 1.5syns
fresh pineapple

snacks
banana
grapes
weightwatchers rich toffee bar 4 syns
 
Wednesday 16th May

Breakfast
1 x weetabix
1% milk (1/2 HEA)
granulated sweetner
Shape delight 0% raspberry yoghurt
fresh pineapple

Lunch
Slimming world quiche x 3 slices (cottage cheese, 2 x eggs, chopped gammon) - this tasted really good will definatley make again and experiment
2 x small carrotts put into sticks
banana
Alpen light chocolate & toffee (1/2 HEB)

Dinner
Tesco ready to eat red thai style chicken breast mini fillets - hope this is syn free as I had the whold 190g pack !!
Jacket potatoe with 20g Davidstow lighter mature cheese (1/2 HEA)
lettuce, cucumber, tinned green giant original sweetcorn

too full for pudding - most unlike me !!

snacks
2 finger orange kitkat - 5.5 syns
grapes
slice SW quiche - late night munchies this worked a treat!

off to make a shopping list for tomorrow , been making do with what I had so far did buy few bits but this is first proper shop. I have planned dinners until Tuesday so trying to be organised. Might also make the 'magic pancakes' with mullerlight and porridge oats for the morning after my quiche success:)

Thursday 17th May

Breakfast
'magic porridge' - 28g porridge oats (HEB)
mixed with mullerlight vanilla yoghurt
topped with 6 strawberries and 1/2 banana

Lunch
Green pepper stuffed with Batchelors savoury golden rice
1 babybel light melted on top (1/3 HEA)
fruit salad - pineapple, grapes, 1/2 banana

Dinner
Pork loin steak grilled (fat removed first)
brocolli
mashed potato with 30g Davidstow lighter mature cheese mixed in (2/3 HEA)
strawberries
Irish yoghurts diet strawberry - hadn't tried these before but really liked it

Snacks
Cadburys dream little bar - 5.5 syns

Did my first proper shop today since starting this on Monday my fridge is now bulging with fruit/veg/yoghurts! Loving the fact that I'm not hungry, in fact I may be eating more than I normally would as weighed most things when I did WW , so I'm a bit worried that I'll gain when I weigh in on Monday. On a positive I'm definatley eating more fruit/veg and feel better for it. I read on here that it's really important to have 1/3 of each meal as superfree foods so I'm trying hard to do that. If anyone has any advice or just wants to say hi would be great to hear from you x

Friday 18th May

Salmon steak
Jersey royal new potatoes

Cadbury's Crunchie - 9.5 syns
SW quiche
Milk in coffee (1/3 HEA)

Saturday 19th May

Breakfast
2 x eggs scrambled
chopped ham, milk (HEA)
tangerine

Lunch
Kingsmill wholemeal roll (HEB)
ham, lettuce
Carrott sticks
banana
Boots shapers mint nougat bar - 4 syns

Dinner
2 x weightwatchers premium pork sausages - 1 syn
SW potato wedges in frylight
Heinz baked beans
blueberries
Activia fat free blueberry yoghurt

Then it went a bit wrong and I had 2 x Bacardi breezer - 10 syns, marshmallows x2 in choc fountain, 1 x mini doughtnut in choc fountain, couple handfuls crisps, 1 x cupcake , quite a few pic n mix type sweets :cry:
Not gonna dwell on it, my own fault and hopefully won't spoil my first WD tomorrow. I'm gonna stick to it now and have a 100% day
