Hiya! So im reintroducing shakes today. Im having 2 shakes a day, a low carb meal and perhaps some fruit, sugarfree jelly etc. I cant give up food completely and losses on SW are too slow so im doing this my way. I wont achieve ketosis but that doesnt help me much anyway so its not a huge deal. I started SW at 19st 6.5lbs. Ive lost 6lbs so im at 19st 0.5lbs starting this new regime! I'll be updating everyday and using this also as a food diary so if u cant bear food talk look away now!! xx
