  • Weigh in day
  • Target for the month (I can't do '0' - has to be either a negative or positive e.g. -1, 3, 10)
  • Any holiday dates
All I ask is that you post your results weekly even if its a bad result there is no judgement here. Just it is fair on everyone if you update us with results. Xx

Weigh day Friday. Want to lose 4lbs.

::::::I have weighed today and put on 1.1/2 lbs. Not a good start again.:::::

Am away most of next week, if I can weigh it will be Thursday.
 
I need a good month. Saturday weigh in.
Not going to aim too high and set myself to fail so I'll say aiming to lose 6lb
