Marks and spencer meal and blueberry juice?

Hi Everyone,

My first post! I have been browsing for a long time and thought I would finally post.

I have just had one of the new M & S fuller for longer meals middle eastern spiced chicken, its only 350 cals but the others are suprisingly high in syns! Anyone know how many in this please?

Also the ocean spray blueberry juice is a fave of mine at the mo, I normally get light but they didnt have any, anyone know syns in this?

The blueberry juice will be 1 syn per 20 calories.

If you post the NV's of the meal someone will calculate it for you, its not on syns online. We need, per 100g or per portion

calories
total carbohydrates (not just sugars)
total fat (not just saturates)
protein
portion size
top ingredients on the list (to qualify as free food)
